Human Toxicology Program PhD student Ya'u Adamu was featured in the University of Iowa International Students spotlight In April 2022.

He describes how after obtaining his master's degree his return to Nigeria was interrupted by Covid-19 and how he ended up at the University of Iowa. He applied to several PhD programs across the country but really connected with the Human Toxicology Program.
