Eleven Human Toxicology Program students attended the Central States Society of Toxicology Conference at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.

Three students gave oral presentations- Md Abu Eabrahim Siddique, Kshitij Deshmukh, and Cassidy Kline. Cassidy was awarded second place in the oral presentations.

Five students presented posters including Kshitij Deshmukh, Nicole Breese, Cassidy Kline, Milica Pavlovic, and Oluwatobiloba Da-Silva. Also attending was Sean Brobston. Farah Chowdhury, Safa Kalteh, and Edozie Samauel Okpara.

Also attending were Toxicology Program Director Dr. Peter Thorne, Director of Graduate Studies Dr. Jong-Sung Kim, and Toxicology faculty Dr. Han-Joachim Lehmler and Dr. Jonathan Doorn.

Next year the University of Iowa will be hosting the CSSOT conference.
