Eleven Human Toxicology Program students attended the Central States Society of Toxicology Annual meeting in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Post doctoral researcher Laura Dean gave an oral presentation and Nicole Breese, Rachel Crawford, Alyssa Daniel, Abu Eabrahim Siddique, Shrivishalini Rajaram, and Yuying Zhao presented posters. First year students Reza Amani, Daniel Canales, Kshitij Desmukh, and Brianna Haase also attended.

Laura won best post-doctoral oral presentation and Abu won best graduate student poster presentation.

Dr. Peter Thorne, Human Toxicology Program Director, was selected as CSSOT President-Elect. The University of Iowa will be hosting the 2024 CSSOT meeting.

Thursday evening was time for some fun!
