The Society of Toxicology (SOT) Graduate Education Subcommittee recently selected five students from a highly competitive pool of May applications for the Supplemental Training for Education Program (STEP). Eric Ditzel of the University of Arizona and Miao Li of the University of Iowa were selected for their proposals to attend the TERA Dose Assessment Response Boot Camp held in June 2015.

Up to $1,000 is provided for a graduate student who has passed his or her requirements to advance to PhD candidacy and effectively demonstrates the value of the proposed experience in providing professional/scientific development that will enhance opportunities in their career path of choice, but are not provided within their academic program.
